The Queen's Platinum Jubilee was celebrated in Felixstowe with four days of events, live music, flypasts and a big picnic lunch.

Oraganised by Felixstowe Carnival Committee and Felixstowe Town Council, Visit Felixstowe offered a supporting role by promoting the events across its social media platforms.

Thursday saw a march through town and proclamation by the Mayor of Felixstowe at the Town Hall before the lighting of a beacon at Landguard Fort.

Friday and Saturday saw community groups and bands take to the stage at the Beachside Events Area.

On Sunday, the Lions Club of Felixstowe hosted a big picnic lunch at the Leisure Centre.
